By downloading or using the app Bunny Care Companion (the "Application"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Application.
1. Agreement to Apple's Standard EULA
This Application utilizes the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). By installing and using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Apple Standard EULA.
2. User Accounts & Health Data
To access certain features (such as syncing your rabbit's health logs across devices), you may be required to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the data you enter.
- Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the health logs (eating, poop status, weight) you enter are accurate to ensure the Application provides helpful historical tracking.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Application for any illegal purposes or to upload offensive content in notes or rabbit profiles.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Purchases
The Application offers "Bunny Care Plus" features which can be unlocked via a subscription.
Subscription Details:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The Application is a health tracking and management tool only. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
While we strive to provide helpful tracking tools for rabbit owners, the Application is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If your rabbit stops eating, stops pooping, or shows signs of illness, you must contact a qualified veterinarian immediately. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Application.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Florent Porrot.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, or make derivative versions.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of these changes.
